Pain Management & Prevention

Phase 1 - Utilizes our systematic manual manipulation techniques to eliminate trigger points, release myofascial blockage, and increase functional mobility. We also use various flexibility protocals to aid in pain free movement. Your initial session consist of a full assessment and evaluation,  treatment for your particular condition, and management strategies.


Posture & Movement Therapy

Phase 2 - focuses on increased Self-Awareness and Functional Movement.  We call this the Re-balancing Phase. Here we focus on your Posture (Standing & Sitting), Bilateral Movement (Equal Range of Motion) and Neuromuscular Function (Proprioceptive Training.).  Our personalized programs re-aligns the body, strengthen core musculature, and increase functional mobility. You will be guided through this phase according to your level and goals with one of our Licensed Therapist.


Functional Performance Training

Phase 3 - Our Goal is to educate, motivate and inspire individuals to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  Our Functional Performance Program focuses on creating structural integrity (Core Strength), Functional Flexibility, and Proper Performance of the entire kinetic chain.  This Phase can enhance all levels of fitness, from a sedentary individual to Professional Athletes.
