Your Personalized Posture Screen comes with an optional live consultation via Zoom, 1 Posture Screen and 1 Sit Screen along with a comprehensive breakdown of the findings and a customized self treatment and corrective exercise program (Ex. Stretches, Foam Rolling Techniques and rebalancing exercises).  

 Pain Management - This assessment can be used to enhance self awareness and healthy lifestyle habits. We treat a variety of chronic and acute conditions associated with posture such as but not limited too; Head & Neck Pain, Shoulder Injuries, Low Back Pain, Tennis & Golfers Elbow, Knee Dysfunction and Plantar Fasciitis. 

Posture & Movement Therapy - Our Full body Screen also treats postural deviations like upper and lower cross syndrome and spinal curvatures (ex. scoliosis and lumbar lordosis).  Our upgrade assessment also analyzes movement using bilateral range of motion and gait mechanics.   

RemoteScreen App for IPhone or RemoteScreen App for Android is needed to download your photos directly to our Studio. 

Our New  LeanScreen Analysis is a complete Body Scan which evaluates Bodyfat, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist-to-Hip Ratio and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). This is a great way to monitor your baseline measurements and stay motivated at any level of fitness.   

RemoteScreen App for IPhone or RemoteScreen App for Android is needed to download your photos directly to our Studio. Contact us if you need help connecting or navigating the App.  Anyone from anywhere can have a LeansScreen done with a photo downloaded directly to our Studio.
